At PrimeCommerce, we offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- In original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
- Request a return
- Once approved, place a new order
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can return it within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds 💳
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
